With over 30 years of experience in food safety and quality assurance, I offer a broad array of services to a wide range of food categories. As an independent consultant, I specialize in auditing, training and program development. My expertise in a variety of food safety, quality assurance systems and social responsibility, including HACCP, FSMA, GFSI, SMETA and more, allows me to create strategies tailored to your individual business needs.

 

Having begun my career in a cultured dairy plant and advanced with several quick service restaurant chains, I have had the pleasure of using my Oberlin College (Ohio) Biology degree to truly champion food safety.  As an auditor, I enjoy the active and engaging world of food production and am able to share knowledge across industries and geographies.
